Roles & Responsibilities
System Installation & Configuration: Setting up new computers, installing software, updating operating systems, and configuring peripheral equipment like printers and scanners.
Troubleshooting & Support: Providing technical support (remote or in-person) for staff experiencing hardware or software issues, acting as the first point of contact.
Maintenance & Security: Performing regular system checks, upgrading software, managing antivirus, and configuring firewalls to ensure network and data security.
Hardware Repairs: Repairing or replacing damaged components (e.g., hard drives, network cables).
Network & Infrastructure Support: Installing and maintaining network cabling, routers, and switches to maintain consistent connectivity.
Desired Candidate Profile
✅ Requirements:
Filipino nationality only
Must have a valid SIRA License
Experience in CCTV installation and maintenance
Knowledge in networking, hardware, and software troubleshooting
UAE Driving License is an advantage
Responsible, hardworking, and able to work independently
Good communication and problem-solving skill
