Position Title: Senior HSE Officer Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 14,000 AED inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A leading global engineering technology company, based in Dubai specializing in smart mobility, ITS, and infrastructure solutions. Job Description: - Lead all health, safety, and environmental compliance activities across ITS and infrastructure project operations. - Develop HSE procedures, conduct risk assessments, safety audits, toolbox talks, and incident investigations. - Ensure compliance with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, RTA safety standards, and live traffic environment regulations. - Monitor site safety for DMS/LCS installation, structural works, electrical activities, and fiber cabling operations.

Qualifications: - EDUCATION: Degree or certification in Occupational health & Safety or related field. - CERTIFICATION: NEBOSH or equivalent HSE certification is highly preferred. - YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: Minimum 6 years of HSE experience in infrastructure, construction, ITS, or civil projects. - LICENSE: Valid UAE driving license is mandatory with strong experience in live traffic or roadside environments.
