Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) drawings using CAD software, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications.
  • Review and interpret architectural and structural plans to integrate MEP systems seamlessly, avoiding clashes and ensuring proper coordination.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Demonstrates strong knowledge of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, and fire protection.
  • Has experience in the construction industry, with a focus on commercial or industrial projects preferred.
  • Exhibits a minimum of 3 years of experience in MEP drafting, with a proven track record of producing high-quality drawings.
  • Holds relevant certifications, such as AutoCAD Certified User or Revit Certified Professional, showcasing their expertise.
