Roles & Responsibilities


  • Customer Service: Greeting guests warmly, presenting menus, explaining daily specials, and answering questions about ingredients or allergies.

  • Order Taking & Delivery: Taking precise food/beverage orders, entering them into the POS system, and delivering items promptly

    .

  • Table Maintenance: Setting tables, clearing courses, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the meal.

  • Upselling: Recommending appetizers, beverages, or desserts to increase sales.

  • Payment Processing: Preparing final bills and processing cash or credit card payments accurately.

  • Safety/Hygiene: Adhering to food safety regulations and sanitation standards

Desired Candidate Profile


  • Experience: Proven experience as a waiter/waitress or in a hospitality role.

  • Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and walk for long hours and carry trays.

  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with guests and collaborate with kitchen staff.

  • Attention to Detail: Ensuring orders are accurate and special requests are met.

  • Flexibility: Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.

  • Technical Skill: Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
