Educational Background: BSc in Civil Engineering

Key Skills Required:
– Bill of Quantities (BOQ) preparation and cost estimation
– Procurement planning and vendor management
– Contract administration and supplier negotiations
– Coordination with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
