Roles & Responsibilities
Lead evaluation: Assess incoming leads to determine if they meet predefined qualification criteria and demonstrate intent to apply
Prospect communication: Engage with potential students/parents via phone, WhatsApp, email, and other channels to gather and share information clearly to support informed decision-making
Application support: Guide and nurture prospective students through the application process via the admission portal
Target achievement: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly outreach targets through telecalling, WhatsApp communication, and email engagement with prospective students and parents
Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand target audiences, lead requirements, and optimize lead generation strategies
CRM management: Accurately document lead details, interactions, and qualification status within the CRM system
Lead transition: Seamlessly hand over qualified leads to the appropriate admissions representative, ensuring all necessary context and information are provided
Reporting and analysis: Track and report lead qualification metrics, analyze trends, and provide recommendations to improve processes
Evaluation: Monitor student engagement and progress in coordination with the line manager, conduct evaluations, analyze data, and prepare reports
