Business Analyst - Arabic Speaker
- 2 year extendable contract
- Abu Dhabi - Office Based
A leading healthcare data organisation is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the development and optimisation of health information systems. The role focuses on enabling data-driven decision-making through the collection, analysis, and reporting of healthcare data to support clinical, operational, and regulatory outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyse healthcare data to generate actionable insights
- Define data requirements and ensure accurate data collection from stakeholders
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to develop dashboards and reports
- Perform analysis of health information systems to identify business needs
- Support delivery of system enhancements and data-driven solutions
- Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations and data governance standards
- Assist in project coordination and implementation across multiple stakeholders
Skills & Experience
- 5+ years’ experience in business analysis within healthcare or consulting
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills (e.g., SQL, Tableau preferred)
- Experience with health information systems and healthcare KPIs
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in complex, regulated environments
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business, or related field
