We're looking for a Senior Operations Manager to run the engine of our business.
The Company Harness is a premium school catering company based in Dubai, operating across 9 school sites with a growing events arm — Harness & Co. — launching in September 2026. We're building one of the most respected food service brands in the UAE, and we're at a stage where operational excellence is the difference between good and great.
The Role This is a hands-on, high-ownership operations role, not a desk job. You'll be the person who drives daily discipline, builds systems, and holds the team accountable across all sites. You'll be the bridge between strategy and execution, and you'll care deeply about the customer experience.
What You'll Own Daily multi-site operations - service readiness, stock, labour, and standards. Stock control and COGS accuracy systems (we use Foodics) Staff training programmes, onboarding, and service culture Weekly site audits with scored outputs and corrective actions Customer experience - briefings, feedback loops, and complaint resolution Labour scheduling - right people, right shift, right cost SOP creation and operational documentation Performance management of site-level team leads Who You Are5+ years in F&B or hospitality operations - hotel, contract catering, or restaurant group Experienced in running multi-site or multi-outlet environments Systems-obsessed: you build processes, you don't just follow them A trainer and a coach - your team's level up because of you Customer-first mindset baked in from a hospitality background Calm under pressure, decisive in the field, rigorous in reporting Fluent English
