Century Gold is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Online Sales & Customer Service Executive to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, excellent customer service abilities, and experience in online sales or customer support. We are looking for someone who understands how to engage customers professionally, build trust, and improve sales conversion through excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:Handle customer inquiries through Whats App, social media, website, and online platforms Assist customers professionally and provide an excellent customer experience Follow up with leads and help improve online sales conversions Coordinate customer orders, updates, and delivery follow-ups Maintain accurate communication and customer records Support online product uploads and listings when required Work closely with the sales and e-commerce team
Requirements:Minimum 2–3 years of experience in customer service, online sales, or e-commerce support Strong communication and customer handling skills Professional attitude with good problem-solving ability Good English skills (Arabic is an advantage) Experience with social media, e-commerce, or product listing is a plus Experience in jewelry, luxury retail, or related industries is preferred
