Roles & Responsibilities

• Assess the financial viability of the Group's investment opportunities (acquisitions, startups, real estate projects, brokerage deals)

• Develop clear recommendations for Management

• Financial evaluation of opportunities sourced by the Business Developer

• Build financial models (DCF, LBO, business plans)

• Draft investment notes and memos for Management

• Conduct financial due diligence in coordination with external advisors

• Sector analysis (Francophone Africa, GCC, sports, real estate)

• Support fundraising and structuring of the future investment vehicle

• Monitor the performance of portfolio companies, in conjunction with the Financial and Administrative Manager

• Provide daily reporting to Management on the progress of ongoing analyses

Desired Candidate Profile

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling

• Solid foundation in valuation, IFRS, and UAE taxation

• Strong analytical and report writing skills Bilingual in French and English (Arabic is a plus)

• Rigorous, discreet, and analytical CFA or ACCA designation preferred

• Highly autonomous and able to prioritize

• International experience preferred

• Knowledge of the UAE market is an asset
