Roles & Responsibilities
Job Purpose
To ensure that the community, common areas, and facilities are maintained in accordance with established standards by conducting regular inspections, identifying issues, and coordinating corrective actions with relevant teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Site Inspections & Monitoring
Conduct daily inspections of common areas, landscaping, roads, walkways, amenities, and facilities.
Monitor cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of the community.
Identify defects, damages, or maintenance issues and record observations.
2. Compliance & Standards
Ensure compliance with community rules, regulations, and design guidelines.
Monitor contractor activities to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
Report unauthorized modifications or violations within the community.
3. Maintenance Coordination
Raise service requests/work orders for identified issues.
Follow up with maintenance teams and contractors to ensure timely resolution.
Verify completion of works to required standards.
4. Resident Interaction
Provide feedback to resident and community management raised queries and complaints related to site conditions.
Provide on-site support and guidance to residents and community management team when required.
Assist in maintaining positive community relations.
5. Reporting & Documentation
Maintain inspection reports, logs, and photographic records.
Prepare daily/weekly reports highlighting issues, actions taken, and pending items.
Track recurring issues and suggest improvements.
6. Health & Safety
Identify potential hazards and ensure corrective measures are implemented.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Report incidents and near-misses promptly.
7. Contractor & Vendor Supervision
Monitor performance of service providers (cleaning, security, landscaping, etc.).
Ensure service delivery meets agreed KPIs and SLAs.
Escalate performance issues where necessary.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
2–4 years of experience in community management, facilities management, or property inspection.
Experience in residential communities or mixed-use developments is an advantage.
