Roles & Responsibilities

• 2.1 Delivery Operations

  • Pick up and deliver orders to customers promptly and safely.

  • Must be Comfortable handling & Delivering orders that may include alcohol products and non-halal items, in accordance with company guidelines & local laws.

  • Verify order accuracy before dispatch and upon delivery.

  • Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules.

  • Meet daily delivery targets and performance KPIs.

  2.2 Customer Service

  • Provide professional and courteous service to customers.

  • Handle cash and online payments accurately.

  • Address customer inquiries and report complaints to supervisor.

  2.3 Vehicle & Safety Compliance

  • Ensure safe driving practices at all times.

  • Comply with UAE traffic rules and road safety regulations.

  • Maintain motorcycle/vehicle cleanliness and basic maintenance.

  • Report accidents, delays, or vehicle issues immediately.

  2.4 Documentation & Reporting

  • Update delivery status using company mobile app/system.

  • Maintain delivery logs and payment records.

  • Return undelivered items as per company procedure.

  3. Qualifications & Requirements

  • High School Certificate or equivalent.

  • Valid UAE motorcycle or light vehicle driving license.

  • Good knowledge of UAE roads and locations.

  • Basic English communication skills (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is a plus).

  • Physically fit and able to work long hours.

  • Previous delivery experience preferred (Talabat, Noon, Careem, Deliveroo, Amazon, etc.).

Desired Candidate Profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or transportation are preferred.

• A valid UAE driver's license with a clean driving record, demonstrating responsible driving habits.

• At least 2 years of experience in a delivery or driving role, showcasing reliability and consistency.

• Familiarity with local roads and neighborhoods to enhance route efficiency and customer service.
