Roles & Responsibilities

  • Marketing Support

    • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.

    • Manage and update company social media pages, including posting content, captions, and basic engagement.

    • Coordinate with designers, agencies, printers, photographers, and other marketing vendors.

    • Support the preparation of brochures, presentations, product catalogs, flyers, and other marketing materials.

    • Help maintain brand consistency across company documents, presentations, and communication materials.

    • Track basic marketing performance such as social media engagement, campaign responses, and lead enquiries.

    • Support website updates by coordinating content, images, product details, and company information.

    • Assist in organizing events, exhibitions, product launches, and promotional activities.

    IT Support

    • Provide basic IT support to employees for laptops, desktops, printers, email, internet, software, and system access issues.

    • Coordinate with external IT vendors for troubleshooting, repairs, software installation, and system maintenance.

    • Support the setup of new employee devices, email accounts, system access, and required software.

    • Maintain records of company IT assets, including laptops, desktops, printers, phones, licenses, and accessories.

    • Assist with data backup coordination, cybersecurity awareness, and basic system maintenance.

    • Support CCTV, attendance systems, Wi-Fi, shared folders, cloud storage, and office IT infrastructure.

    • Ensure timely renewal of software licenses, domains, hosting, and other IT subscriptions.

    General Coordination

    • Maintain organized records of marketing files, IT documents, vendor contacts, quotations, and approvals.

    • Prepare basic reports for management related to marketing activities and IT support status.

    • Work closely with the sales, admin, HR, and finance teams for cross-functional support.

    • Handle ad hoc tasks assigned by management related to marketing, branding, systems, and office technology.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field; a strong foundation is key.
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing and IT support roles; practical experience is highly valued.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media platforms) to drive results.
  • Solid understanding of IT systems, including operating systems, networking, and hardware troubleshooting; technical aptitude is essential.
