Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of building maintenance, repairs, and renovations, ensuring structural integrity and compliance with civil engineering standards.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs for civil infrastructure components, including roads, parking areas, and exterior building elements.
• Manage and supervise contractors and vendors for civil-related projects, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and grounds, identifying and addressing potential hazards or maintenance needs related to civil aspects.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.

• Holds a Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification, demonstrating a commitment to professional standards.

• Prior experience with ASTECO or similar property management companies preferred.

• Has a minimum of 5-10 years of progressive experience in facilities management, with a strong emphasis on civil infrastructure.

• Proven experience in managing budgets, overseeing contractors, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
