About the Role:
We are seeking a professional Receptionist to join our Dubai office. You will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, responsible for front desk operations, call handling, appointment coordination, and administrative support to ensure a seamless and welcoming experience.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors and clients with a professional and friendly demeanor
Manage front desk operations including answering and directing phone calls
Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in person
Maintain visitor logs, issue badges, and ensure security protocols are followed
Perform administrative coordination such as filing, data entry, and document management
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
Assist with MS Office tasks including drafting correspondence and preparing reports
Collaborate with other departments to support daily office functions
Required Qualifications:
3–7 years of experience in receptionist or front desk roles
Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Experience in call handling and appointment scheduling
Demonstrated ability in visitor management and administrative coordination
High level of professionalism, presentation, and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in a corporate or hospitality environment in Dubai
Proficiency in Arabic
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
Experience with office management software or security systems
Strong multitasking and time management abilities
