Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee daily factory and production operations.

  • Lead production teams, supervisors, and factory staff.

  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.

  • Plan production schedules and monitor factory performance.

  • Coordinate with procurement, design, and project management teams.

  • Monitor materials, machinery, and operational efficiency.

  • Prepare project budgeting, costing, estimation, and pricing.

  • Control production costs, wastage, and factory expenses.

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in Joinery, Woodworking, and Fit-Out industries.

  • Proven experience in factory management and production operations.

  • Strong experience in project budgeting, estimation, costing, and pricing.

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.

  • Strong knowledge of joinery materials, machinery, and fit-out processes.

  • UAE experience is highly preferred.

  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects.
