Roles & Responsibilities
Manage and oversee daily factory and production operations.
Lead production teams, supervisors, and factory staff.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
Plan production schedules and monitor factory performance.
Coordinate with procurement, design, and project management teams.
Monitor materials, machinery, and operational efficiency.
Prepare project budgeting, costing, estimation, and pricing.
Control production costs, wastage, and factory expenses.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 10+ years of experience in Joinery, Woodworking, and Fit-Out industries.
Proven experience in factory management and production operations.
Strong experience in project budgeting, estimation, costing, and pricing.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong knowledge of joinery materials, machinery, and fit-out processes.
UAE experience is highly preferred.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects.
