Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
The HR Executive will manage critical day-to-day administrative functions, ensuring seamless support for all employees and full compliance with UAE labour law.
Document Management: Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring all HR systems and databases are consistently updated and secured.
Documentation: Draft and issue essential HR-related letters, including employment contracts, salary certificates, NOCs, and experience letters in both Arabic and English.
Onboarding/Offboarding: Assist in the full employee lifecycle process, including managing document collection, conducting new-hire orientation, and facilitating final clearance procedures.
HR Queries: Serve as the primary contact for day-to-day employee queries related to company policies, leave entitlements, and benefits. Compliance & Operations
Visa & Immigration: Manage the administrative process for visa applications, cancellations, and renewals for employees and their dependents, ensuring timely submission to government portals.
Medical Insurance: Process all additions and deletions of employees and their dependents from the corporate medical insurance scheme, liaising directly with the provider.
Attendance & Payroll Support: Monitor attendance and manage accurate leave tracking in close coordination with the payroll team.
Compliance: Ensure all daily HR practices, documentation, and processes fully comply with the UAE Labour Law and internal company policies.
Confidentiality: Handle all confidential employee information and sensitive HR data with the utmost discretion and integrity. Engagement & Culture
Employee Experience: Support and coordinate employee engagement initiatives, internal communications, and HR events designed to enhance corporate culture.
Desired Candidate Profile
Nationality: UAE National with a Family Book is mandatory.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in a corporate HR environment.
Languages: Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory (written and verbal).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, G-mail and G-suite); prior experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS) is a strong advantage.
