Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee all flooring project phases, from initial client consultation and site assessment to final installation and handover, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, track expenditures, and provide accurate financial forecasts, maximizing profitability.
  • Create detailed project schedules, monitor progress against timelines, and proactively address any delays or issues to keep projects on track.
  • Source and procure flooring materials, negotiate with suppliers, and manage inventory to ensure timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field; a strong foundation for project leadership.
  • Holds relevant certifications, such as PMP or a similar project management certification, demonstrating professional competence.
  • Demonstrates a minimum of 5 years of experience in flooring project management, showcasing industry expertise.
  • Has experience working within the construction industry.
