• Wood Work / Joinery work

• Oversee daily factory operations to ensure production targets are met efficiently and safely, while maintaining high quality standards.

• Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and optimize processes, driving continuous improvement initiatives throughout the facility.

• Manage workforce scheduling and training programs to develop employee skills and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

• Conduct regular audits of production processes, identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions to enhance productivity and reduce downtime.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field; an MBA is a plus for strategic insight.

• A minimum of 10years of experience in a manufacturing leadership role, showcasing a proven track record of operational excellence.

• Certifications in Lean Six Sigma or equivalent quality methodologies to demonstrate expertise in process optimization.

• Experience in working within the specific industry of interest, such as automotive, electronics, or consumer goods, ensuring familiarity with sector-specific challenges.
