EIFM is looking for an HR Generalist – Recruitment with strong experience in bulk hiring, agency coordination, and blue-collar recruitment.

Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to extending offers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies tailored to specific roles.
- Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring new hires have a positive experience and are fully integrated into the company culture.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies, negotiating contracts and managing their performance.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews, assessing candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback to candidates.
- Manage job postings on various platforms and social media channels to attract a diverse pool of applicants.
Purpose & Scope
Maintain an efficient work portfolio of HR department by means of payroll and finance related activities. Provide advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures, compensation & benefits, and documentation.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
I. Preparation of Admin & Labour and bike driver documents.
Minimum Requirement
(Education & Experience)
- Graduation in Similar field preferred.
- Required 4-8 years’ experience in related field

- Experience in FM / Construction / Security preferred
- Strong UAE recruitment exposure
- Fast-paced, target-driven mindset
Desired Candidate Profile
I. Graduation in Similar field preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a strong academic foundation is essential.
- Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and onboarding within a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience in managing recruitment agencies and negotiating favorable terms.
- Demonstrated ability to source candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and applicant tracking systems (ATS), with experience in data analysis.
- Experience in a multinational company is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach.
- Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
