Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Financial Data Management

  • Enter financial transactions into ERP/accounting software accurately and timely.

  • Maintain records of invoices, receipts, payments, and journal entries.

  • Update accounts payable and accounts receivable data.

  • Verify data accuracy before processing and reporting.

Documentation & Record Keeping

  • Organize and maintain financial files, documents, and records.

  • Ensure proper filing of invoices, purchase orders, delivery notes, and payment documents.

  • Assist in preparing reports for audits and internal reviews.

Coordination & Support

  • Coordinate with procurement, sales, and operations teams for document verification.

  • Support the finance department in daily accounting activities.

  • Assist in bank reconciliation and expense tracking.

  • Follow up on missing or incomplete financial documents.

System & Compliance

  • Ensure confidentiality and security of financial information.

  • Maintain accurate data in ERP/accounting systems.

  • Support compliance with company finance policies and procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.

Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in finance data entry or accounting support roles.

  • Experience in UAE-based companies preferred.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office.

  • Experience with ERP/accounting software such as SAP, Tally, Oracle, Zoho, or QuickBooks.

  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial terminology.

Key Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Good organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

  • Strong communication and coordination abilities.

  • Fast and accurate typing/data entry skills.
