Calendar & Schedule Management: Coordinate, manage, and optimize daily schedules, appointments, and corporate meetings.
Office Operations: Oversee daily office maintenance, manage incoming/outgoing correspondence, and welcome high-profile guests.
Travel Coordination: Arrange comprehensive domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, visas, and ground transport.
Documentation & Reporting: Prepare, edit, and format professional emails, presentations, meeting minutes, and financial expense reports.
Task Prioritization: Act as a reliable gatekeeper, managing phone calls and filtering inquiries to ensure time is utilized efficiently.
Ad-Hoc Support: Handle personal errands, lifestyle management tasks, and urgent administrative requests as needed during office ho

Location: Must currently reside in Dubai, UAE, and be able to commute daily to the office.
Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of proven experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or office manager in Dubai.
Core Language: Native or professional fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
Preferred Languages: Professional fluency or conversational skills in French and/or Arabic is a strong advantage.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational capabilities, strong multitasking skills, and a high level of discretion when handling confidential information.
Visa Status: Open to candidates requiring visa sponsorship or those on a valid transferable visa/family sponsorship.
