• Manage and supervise interior fit-out projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress, timelines, manpower, materials, and budgets.
• Ensure all works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Prepare project schedules, work programs, daily reports, and progress updates.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with health & safety standards.
• Coordinate procurement activities and material deliveries to site.
• Review technical drawings and resolve site-related technical issues.
• Attend project meetings with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
• Ensure timely project handover while maintaining quality and client satisfaction.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure adherence to project requirements.
• Support project planning, estimation, and execution activities when required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant discipline.
• 5–6 years of experience in Interior Fit-Out projects within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of interior construction processes, fit-out materials, and site execution.
• Experience handling commercial, office, retail, hospitality, or residential fit-out projects.
• Good understanding of UAE authority regulations and project standards.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
• UAE Driving License is preferred.
