Program Manager – Enterprise Digital Transformation Projects (Education Sector) We are currently looking for an experienced Program Manager to join a growing technology and digital transformation environment in the UAE. This role is ideal for candidates who have strong experience managing large-scale enterprise application or digital transformation projects and are comfortable working with technical teams, business stakeholders, and senior management. The selected candidate will lead multiple ongoing projects, manage delivery timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, oversee project governance, and ensure successful execution of enterprise technology initiatives. What you will be doing: • Managing multiple enterprise technology and digital transformation projects • Working closely with developers, business users, solution architects, analysts, and vendors • Leading project planning, delivery timelines, reporting, and stakeholder communication • Managing project risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery milestones • Running Agile/Scrum delivery processes including sprint planning and project reviews • Supporting enterprise applications, integrations, automation initiatives, analytics, and digital platforms • Providing regular project updates and governance reporting to leadership teams

To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria: • 10+ years of experience in Project or Program Management • Strong background in enterprise application delivery or digital transformation projects • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously • Strong stakeholder and client management skills • Exposure to Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies • PMP or PgMP certification is required • Technical understanding of enterprise applications, APIs, cloud platforms, system integrations, or digital platforms • Experience working with cross-functional technical teams • Strong communication and reporting skills UAE nationals are preferred for this role.
