Roles & Responsibilities

  • Accurately input and update data in various databases and systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing a warm and professional welcome.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate meetings, ensuring all relevant materials are prepared in advance.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and documents, requiring attention to detail and adherence to formatting standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • UAE National with a high school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in administration or IT are a plus.
  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience in data entry or administrative roles, preferably in a corporate environment.
