Roles & Responsibilities

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end fulfillment process within a high-speed E-commerce and Q-commerce environment. This role focuses on ensuring ultra-fast order processing, maintaining high inventory accuracy, and managing a team to meet strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for instant delivery and dark store operations.

  • Supervise daily warehouse activities, specifically focusing on rapid "pick-pack-dispatch" cycles to meet instant delivery timelines (Q-commerce) and E-commerce last-mile requirements. Maintain real-time stock accuracy through regular cycle counts and oversee the efficient organization of "dark store" layouts to minimize picking time.

  • Plan and assign work schedules for pickers, packers, and loaders, ensuring optimal labor utilization to handle peak order volumes and promotional periods.

  • Monitor and ensure that all outbound shipments meet strict SLAs for speed and accuracy, aligning with fleet and dark store teams for seamless integration.

  • Identify bottlenecks in the fulfillment flow and suggest improvements in warehouse space utilization and storage efficiency to accommodate high-velocity SKU movement.

  • Prepare daily and weekly performance reports focusing on KPIs such as Order Cycle Time, Order Accuracy, and Inventory Turnaround.

  • Enforce strict compliance with health and safety procedures, ensuring all warehouse machinery and handling equipment are maintained and operated safely.

  • Train staff on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and the core company values of Action-Bias and Excellence.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.

  • 4–6 years of experience in warehouse supervision, with at least 2 years specifically in E-commerce fulfillment, Q-commerce, or dark store logistics operations.

  • Strong proficiency in modern Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), CRM software, and MS Excel for data analysis.

  • Hands-on experience with forklift operations, high-speed picking technologies, and last-mile logistics integration.

  • Excellent leadership and multitasking abilities, with a proven track record of working effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
