Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with HSE requirements.

  • Conduct daily site inspections and hazard identification.

  • Implement company HSE policies and procedures.

  • Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.

  • Conduct safety induction and awareness training for workers.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Engineering, Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or any related field.

  • NEBOSH IGC or equivalent HSE qualification.

  • OSHA Certification or equivalent safety training certification.


Professional Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an HSE Officer in construction.

  • Experience in UAE projects is an advantage.

  • Familiarity with Permit to Work (PTW), Risk Assessment, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and Incident Investigation.


Mandatory Skills & Competencies:

  • Knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and international safety standards.

  • Ability to conduct safety inspections, audits, and toolbox talks.

  • Capable of preparing HSE reports, risk assessments, and safety documentation.

  • Good communication and leadership skills.

  • Ability to work independently and enforce safety compliance on site.


Certifications Preferred:

  • NEBOSH IGC

  • IOSH Managing Safely

  • First Aid & CPR

  • OSH General Practitioner (Registered/Pursuing)
