Roles & Responsibilities
GTM Strategy Execution: Execute the annual go-to-market plan; translate brand and commercial priorities into store-level activation plans.
POS Material Development: Develop regular and innovative in-store POS material; manage specifications, costing comparisons and optimisation in line with brand guidelines and budget.
Vendor Management: Source, onboard and manage POS, fabrication and event vendors; negotiate rates; develop new vendors and maintain a robust active panel.
In-Store Execution: Coordinate with vendors and store teams for seamless, on-time campaign and POS installation across all stores.
Media Planning & Execution: Plan and execute below-the-line media to support promotions, seasonal moments and new-product launches.
BTL Activations: Design and deliver below-the-line activations that drive footfall, basket size and category trial.
Events & Sponsorships: Manage VIVA participation in trade events, sponsorships and brand activations; partner with mall management on in-mall events.
Store Visits & Competition Mapping: Conduct regular store visits to ensure execution standards; map competitor activity and share insights with commercial and category teams.
Store Design Partnership: Work closely with property and projects teams on store look-and-feel, signage and visual-merchandising standards.
New Store Openings: Lead the trade-marketing workstream for new store openings across regions — POS, opening events, customer-acquisition campaigns.
Desired Candidate Profile
Technical / Functional
Trade Marketing & In-Store Activation: Plans and delivers in-store campaigns end-to-end across multiple sites simultaneously.
Vendor & Supplier Management: Sources, negotiates with and manages POS, fabrication and event vendors; builds and refreshes the vendor panel.
POS & Production Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of material specifications, print and fabrication processes, production timelines and rates; can challenge quotes confidently.
BTL Media Planning: Plans and executes below-the-line activations that drive measurable footfall and category impact.
Project Management: Manages parallel workstreams (campaigns, store openings, events) with tight timelines and multiple stakeholders.
Budget & Cost Control: Plans and tracks the trade-marketing budget; identifies and delivers cost-saving opportunities.
Mall & Landlord Management: Navigates mall-management relationships; secures approvals, mall-led activations and in-mall placements.

Execution Excellence: Eye for detail on the shop floor; spots and fixes issues before customers do; high personal standards.
Drive for Results: Pushes campaigns through ambiguity and last-minute changes; owns the outcome end-to-end.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor/ Master’s degree in relevant field.
5+ years in Trade Marketing, Brand Activation or In-Store Marketing, including new-store opening experience.
Retail experience in the GCC market with a recognised retailer
Vendor management; POS production; events; mall-management engagement; awareness of material rates and production costs.
Existing active vendor network across UAE and GCC.
Valid UAE / GCC driving license is mandatory.
