Key Responsibilities
Pre-Contract Duties
Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documentation
Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements
Conduct quantity take-offs for infrastructure and utilities works
Support tender analysis, bid evaluations, and procurement activities
Assist in budget preparation and cost planning
Identify commercial risks and recommend mitigation measures
Post-Contract Duties
Administer contracts in accordance with FIDIC conditions
Evaluate contractor interim payments and final accounts
Assess and manage variations, claims, and contractual notices
Monitor project costs, cash flow, and budget compliance
Prepare commercial reports and cost forecasts
Coordinate with project teams, consultants, contractors, and clients
Support dispute resolution and contract close-out activities
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related discipline
Minimum 8–15 years of experience in infrastructure/utilities projects
Strong UAE/GCC project experience preferred
Sound knowledge of FIDIC contracts and contract administration
Experience in roads, drainage, sewerage, water networks, and utilities projects
Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, Primavera P6, and QS software tools
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
