Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals, ensuring a proactive approach to workforce management.
  • Oversee talent acquisition processes, including creating job descriptions, conducting interviews, and optimizing recruitment channels.
  • Manage employee onboarding programs to ensure smooth transitions and strong engagement from day one.
  • Design and execute training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and drive organizational performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • 15 years of progressive HR experience, ideally within the same industry to ensure familiarity with specific challenges and minimum 10years experience as a HR Manager

  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification is highly desirable, showcasing a commitment to ongoing professional development.

  • Experience working in a manufacturing industry, enabling a deeper understanding of diverse work cultures.

  • Immediate joiners are preferred
