Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to meet and exceed team targets, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse sales team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to adapt sales approaches, ensuring relevance and competitiveness in the industry.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor to drive customer loyalty.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum 1 year of proven sales team lead experience in a leadership role.

  • Certification in sales management or related fields, such as Certified Professional Sales Person (CPSP), is a plus.

  • Lead, motivate, and support a team of property consultants to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Monitor team performance, provide coaching and training, and ensure effective use of CRM systems and sales processes.

  • Develop sales strategies, generate leads, and build strong relationships with clients and developers to drive revenue growth.
