Theme and customize Salesforce components to align with brand standards (colors, typography, layout)
Define and improve platform UX — navigation, information hierarchy, density, and interaction patterns (Not journeys)
Document all design decisions, configurations, and guidelines for handover continuity
Ensure accessibility and usability standards are met throughout
