Revit (optional)
Understanding of irrigation and hardscape systems
Good communication and presentation skills
Attention to detail and project coordination abilities
Desired Candidate Profile
Strong knowledge of project planning and scheduling
Primavera P6
Microsoft Project
Microsoft Excel
AutoCAD (basic knowledge preferred)
Understanding of construction methods and project workflows
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong reporting and communication abilities
Knowledge of project controls and earned value analysis
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
Experience in construction or engineering projects
Familiarity with contracts, BOQs, and project documentation
PMP or planning-related certifications are an advantage
