Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic export sales plans, targeting key markets for lubricant products, driving revenue growth.
  • Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals across the region, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key distributors and customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and competitive threats in the lubricants industry.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.

  • Minimum of 13 years of progressive experience in export sales within the lubricants industry, demonstrating a proven track record.

  • Demonstrated experience in international markets, with a strong understanding of cultural nuances and business practices.

  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, customers, and key stakeholders.
