Roles & Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients through in-depth consultations and presentations.

  • Conduct showings, private tours, and virtual presentations as needed.

  • Communicate value propositions clearly and persuasively, aligned with lifestyle aspirations and investment logic.

  • Manage all client interactions within the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce), ensuring timely updates of lead status, notes, and next actions.

  • Tag leads accurately by source and profile; ensure all records are clean and report-ready.

  • Follow up rigorously on inquiries, scheduled callbacks, and pending decisions.

  • Submit weekly lead reports detailing client engagement, stage progression, and forecasted deals.

  • Monitor and report on personal KPIs, including call volume, follow-up rate, conversion ratio, and deal closure.

  • Take ownership of monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.

  • Participate in regular sales meetings to review performance metrics and optimize approach.

  • Stay fully informed on project specifications, unit availability, pricing updates, payment plans, and key differentiators.

  • Monitor competitive projects and market movements to respond with agility and relevance.

  • Work in close alignment with marketing, operations, and other sales team members.

  • Attend project launches, VIP events, roadshows, and broker functions as required.

  • Results-driven with clear focus on KPIs and revenue targets.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and executive presence.

  • High resilience and adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.



Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field.

  • 3–5 years’ experience in sales, ideally within luxury real estate or premium sectors.

  • Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales quotas.

Fluent in English; Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, German or French highly desirable
