Position Title: HR Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to oversee and manage all human resources functions within the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR operations, labor law compliance, and organizational development. The candidate must be fluent in Arabic and English and capable of handling a multicultural workforce in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations and administration.

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

  • Handle recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning activities.

  • Oversee employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures.

  • Monitor employee performance management and appraisal processes.

  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and company regulations.

  • Manage compensation, benefits, leave management, and payroll coordination.

  • Support training, learning, and employee development initiatives.

  • Maintain HR records, documentation, and reporting systems.

  • Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower requirements and HR support.

  • Lead employee engagement and retention initiatives.

  • Handle HR audits and ensure compliance with company standards.


Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum 5–10 years of HR experience, preferably in the UAE/GCC.

  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR best practices.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Experience handling multicultural teams and HR operations.
