A leading manufacturing company in the UAE is looking for an experienced HR Manager – SAP Payroll & Administration to manage HR operations, payroll, administration, and employee support functions within a fast-paced factory environment.
We are looking for someone who is hands-on, organized, and experienced in handling large workforce operations, SAP payroll systems, and day-to-day HR administration.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily HR and administration operations
• Handle payroll processing using SAP Payroll / SAP HCM
• Ensure accurate salary processing, overtime, leave, and final settlements
• Support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and workforce planning
• Monitor attendance and timekeeping systems
• Manage employee records and HR documentation
• Oversee company administration including accommodation, transportation, visas, and office operations
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers
• Support budgeting, manpower cost monitoring, and HR reporting
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor law and company policies
• Coordinate facilities and office maintenance activities
To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:
• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum 7–10 years of HR and administration experience
• Experience working in manufacturing, factory, FMCG, or food production companies
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Payroll or SAP HCM
• Experience handling payroll, overtime, employee administration, and workforce operations
• Good knowledge of UAE labor law
• Strong Microsoft Excel and reporting skills
• Hindi speaking is required
• Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred
