This is a hands-on corporate legal role supporting a rapidly expanding international group with a complex, multi-entity structure. Reporting directly to senior legal leadership, the role offers significant autonomy, responsibility, and exposure to global operations and transactions. Description * Manage day-to-day corporate legal matters across the company and its global subsidiaries * Draft, review, and negotiate high volumes of NDAs and standard commercial agreements * Oversee corporate governance for 30-50 subsidiaries, primarily US-linked entities * Prepare and manage board and shareholder resolutions, POAs, and statutory records * Support share transfers, restructurings, and group-wide corporate actions * Coordinate M&A transactions from a corporate and governance perspective * Liaise with external counsel and act as a key legal contact for internal stakeholders Job Offer * Competitive tax-free salary with discretionary bonus * High-visibility role within a fast-scaling energy business * Strong exposure to senior leadership, international operations, and complex transactions

* Qualified lawyer with 5-7 years' post-qualification experience * Strong background in corporate law from a law firm and/or in-house environment * Demonstrated experience in corporate governance and multi-entity group structures * Trained in a common law jurisdiction (UK, US, Canada, Australia or similar) * Comfortable managing legal workstreams independently with minimal supervision * Commercially minded with a practical, solution-oriented approach
