Job Purpose:


Drive authoritative technology quality assurance and governance across the full digital-system life cycle, ensuring reliable, compliant, high-performing solutions for RTA. Champion continuous improvement through rigorous testing, auditing, and standards management.Key Responsibilities:


  •  Develop and periodically update technology‐quality and governance policies, standards, and
  • frameworks, ensuring authority-wide adoption for smart applications, digital channels, and
  • internal services.
  •  Evaluate organizational technology-governance maturity, agree corrective actions with
  • stakeholders, and track closure, providing clear status reports to leadership.
  •  Coordinate end-to-end IT quality assurance across the software life cycle; execute test plans,
  • isolate defects, verify fixes, and issue comprehensive evaluation reports.
  •  Review product designs, acceptance criteria, and testing artefacts, consulting engineers to
  • align capabilities, interfaces, performance, and hardware changes with documented
  • requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver Technology Quality Assurance audit plans and Application Governance
  • Framework compliance reviews, analyzing findings and driving remedial actions.
  •  Design test tools and methods; conduct compatibility and risk assessments; recommend
  • design improvements and process enhancements throughout development and deployment.
  •  Provide expert governance and quality-control consultation, monitor optimal system usage
  • and integration-plan adherence, and issue periodic compliance reports to technical
  • departments.

Qualifications & Experience:


  • Bachelor's degree/ Master’s degree in computer science or information technology
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with Masters or 5 years of experience with Bachelors

Preferred Certifications


ITIL Foundation, COBIT Foundation
