Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Agent who can bring property listings, generate clients, and successfully close sales and leasing deals. The candidate should have strong market knowledge, negotiation skills, and the ability to build relationships with property owners, buyers, and tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and bring new property listings for sale and rent.
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and market research.
Meet property owners and secure exclusive listings.
Conduct property viewings with potential buyers and tenants.
Negotiate and close sales and rental deals professionally.
Maintain strong relationships with landlords, investors, buyers, and tenants.
Achieve monthly sales and leasing targets.
Upload and manage property listings on portals and social media platforms.
Stay updated with Dubai real estate market trends and competitor activities.
Ensure all transactions comply with RERA rules and company policies.
Requirements:
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Dubai real estate.
Proven ability to generate listings and close deals.
Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
Good knowledge of Dubai real estate market.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
UAE driving license is preferred.
Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred to provide a strong foundation in real estate principles.
- A valid real estate license is mandatory, demonstrating compliance with local regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales or leasing, showcasing a proven track record in successfully closing deals.
- Preference for candidates with experience in residential real estate, as well as familiarity with commercial properties being a plus.
