Roles & Responsibilities
Perform periodic, preventive, and corrective maintenance on customer installations to ensure that applicable systems continue to perform reliably.
Maintain accurate project records and monitor the performance of equipment, notifying Team Leads of recurring issues.
Monitor graphic stations for error messages or alerts.
Ensure uninterrupted system operation.
Ensure industry and local physical security processes are followed.
Ensure timely response to attend and finish customer calls to meet service level agreements,
Log errors and resolutions to prevent system bottlenecks.
Monitor the performance of existing systems and identify potential upgrades/updates.
Material coordination.
Operational in focus, with direct impact on outcome and results within job scope and broader operational scope.
System expertise: BMS, LCS, GRMS
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering or a relevant field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in the relevant field
