Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate material requirements with internal teams

  2. Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment

  3. Track material movement and maintain records (GRN, inventory)

  4. Prepare material requests, delivery schedules & reports

  5. Coordinate with suppliers and logistics for on-time delivery

  6. Conduct stock checks and resolve discrepancies

  7. Ensure proper storage and compliance with safety standards

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Diploma/Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field

  2. 3–5 years of relevant experience

  3. Knowledge of inventory control & material handling

  4. Experience in construction/manufacturing (preferred)

  5. Proficiency in MS Office & ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)

  6. Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
