Roles & Responsibilities

About the Role We are on the hunt for an exceptional, results-obsessed Senior Marketing Manager who doesn't just think outside the box — they dismantle the box entirely. This is not a role for the conventional. This is a role for a marketing powerhouse who has built brands, penetrated new markets, and left a measurable mark on every organisation they've touched. You will be the strategic brain and execution engine behind our marketing across the UK, Europe, South and North American markets, operating from our Dubai headquarters. You will own the full marketing function — from positioning and brand architecture to digital dominance, customer acquisition, and international market expansion. Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and own the end-to-end marketing strategy aligned with aggressive business growth targets.

  • Build and manage annual marketing budgets with full P&L accountability.

  • Lead, mentor, and scale the marketing team as the company grows.

  • Translate business objectives into bold, integrated marketing campaigns across all channels.

International Market Expansion

  • Spearhead market entry strategies for the UK, Europe, and the Americas.

  • Conduct deep competitive and market landscape analysis to identify penetration opportunities.

  • Build localised go-to-market (GTM) strategies tailored to regional regulatory, cultural, and consumer nuances.

  • Develop and manage distributor, partner, and influencer ecosystems in target markets.

  • Identify and exploit untapped channels, niches, and first-mover opportunities before competitors.

Digital & Performance Marketing

  • Own performance across SEO, SEM, paid social, email marketing, content marketing, and affiliate channels.

  • Drive measurable ROI across all digital touchpoints with a relentless focus on ROAS, CAC, and LTV.

  • Lead the development of high-converting landing pages, funnels, and CRO strategies.

  • Oversee social media presence and brand voice across all platforms targeting Western audiences.

AI-Powered Marketing

  • Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, Midjourney, Perplexity, and emerging tools) to accelerate content production, competitor research, audience segmentation, and campaign optimisation.

  • Build AI-driven workflows to scale marketing output without proportionally scaling headcount.

  • Stay at the forefront of AI developments and proactively integrate new capabilities into the marketing function.

Brand & Content

  • Own the brand identity, tone of voice, and visual standards globally.

  • Commission and oversee the creation of high-quality content assets — video, editorial, UGC, and performance creatives.

  • Build thought leadership positioning for the brand in the health and wellness space.

Healthcare & Supplement Sector Expertise

  • Apply deep understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks (MHRA, FDA, EFSA, etc.) in supplement and wellness marketing.

  • Craft claims-compliant, conversion-optimised messaging that resonates with health-conscious consumers.

  • Leverage knowledge of consumer psychology in the wellness space to drive brand loyalty and repeat purchase.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Build and maintain a live marketing dashboard with KPIs across all markets and channels.

  • Deliver weekly/monthly performance reports to senior leadership with clear insights and recommendations.

  • Use data to make fast, high-quality decisions and course-correct campaigns in real time.

Desired Candidate Profile

What We're Looking For

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field — from a reputable institution (required).

  • MBA or Master's in Marketing/Strategy — strongly preferred.

  • Professional certifications in Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, or AI tools — a plus.

Experience

  • 8–12 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3–5 years in a senior/lead marketing role

  • Mandatory: Proven experience in the healthcare, nutraceuticals, or supplements industry

  • Demonstrated track record of successfully launching and scaling brands in international markets (UK, Europe, or North America preferred)

  • Experience working with or marketing to Western audiences from a GCC/remote base is a strong advantage

  • Experience managing agencies, freelancers, and cross-functional teams

Skills & Competencies

  • Mastery of the full digital marketing stack — Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, email automation, SEO, and more.

  • Strong command of AI marketing tools and the ability to build AI-assisted workflows.

  • Deep understanding of consumer psychology, conversion optimisation, and growth hacking.

  • Exceptional analytical skills — you are fluent in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, or equivalent.

  • Superior written and verbal communication in English (additional European languages are a bonus).

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple markets and campaigns simultaneously.

Work Schedule

  • On-site only | Business Bay, Dubai, UAE.

  • Monday to Saturday | 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM (This schedule is designed to align with our primary markets in the UK, Europe, and America).
