We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive to manage financial operations, ensure compliance, and support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of accounting principles. Experience in the healthcare sector is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, reports, and statements

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities

• Monitor cash flow and ensure timely payments and collections

• Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations

• Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation

• Analyze financial data and provide insights to improve business performance

• Coordinate with other departments for financial matters and reporting

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the healthcare industry (hospitals, clinics, or medical centers)

• Proven experience as a Finance Executive or in a similar role Strong knowledge of accounting

• principles and financial reporting Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software

• Professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CMA) are an advantage

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
