Position: Quantity Surveyor

Experience: Minimum 10 Years in UAE High-Rise Projects
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor with strong expertise in both Pre-Contract and Post-Contract activities for high-rise building projects in the UAE. The candidate will be responsible for cost estimation, tendering, budgeting, subcontract management, billing, variations, claims, and overall project cost control.
Key Responsibilities
Pre-Contract
Quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, and cost estimation.
Review tender drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
Evaluate subcontractor/supplier quotations and prepare comparisons.
Prepare tender submissions, budgets, and cost plans.
Assist in value engineering and cost optimization.
Post-Contract
Monitor project costs and commercial performance.
Handle subcontractor billing, certification, and final accounts.
Prepare variations, claims, and monthly commercial reports.
Conduct site measurements and valuation of executed works.
Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and clients on commercial matters.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying.
Minimum 10 years of UAE experience in high-rise construction projects.
Strong knowledge of pre-contract and post-contract commercial activities.
Experience in handling residential/commercial tower projects.
Good knowledge of UAE market rates and FIDIC contracts.
Proficiency in MS Excel and quantity surveying software.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Desired Candidate Profile
