ABOUT THE COMPANY

Royal Rose Cosmetics Trading is a leading cosmetics distributor based in Dubai, UAE. We specialize in the trading and distribution of beauty and personal care products across the region.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are urgently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team immediately. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background, hands-on experience with Zoho Books, and solid knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and FTA compliance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger
• Prepare and file UAE VAT returns accurately and on time in compliance with FTA regulations
• Maintain and update financial records using Zoho Books
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
• Handle bank reconciliations, petty cash, and expense management
• Support external audits and ensure full financial compliance
• Monitor cash flow and assist in budgeting and forecasting

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience
• Proficient in Zoho Books — mandatory
• UAE VAT filing experience (FTA compliant) — mandatory
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and compliance
• Experience with audits and financial controls
• Immediately available to join
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
