What Youll Work On


  • Market research & competitive intelligence: analysing industries, benchmarking companies, tracking regional trends, regulatory shifts, and market dynamics across the GCC and MENA
  • Data analysis & diagnostics: working with business data (financials, operations, marketing, customer metrics) to identify growth constraints and commercial opportunities across client engagements
  • Strategy development: contributing to client-facing deliverables diagnostic reports, improvement plans, growth roadmaps, market entry assessments, and investment cases
  • Client-facing exposure: sitting in on advisory sessions with founders, C-suite leaders, and government stakeholders taking notes, tracking action items, following up on commitments
  • Presentation & report creation: building slide decks, Word documents, and data visualisations that go directly to senior client stakeholders
  • Programme coordination: supporting multi-company or multi-workstream engagements scheduling, data collection, progress tracking, and stakeholder communication
What Were Looking For
  • Currently pursuing an MBA or Masters in Business, Strategy, Management, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline from a recognised institution in the UAE
  • Strong analytical thinking comfortable with data, spreadsheets, and drawing conclusions from incomplete or messy information
  • Excellent written communication in English youll be writing sections of client-facing reports, not internal summaries
  • Arabic proficiency is a strong plus, as some deliverables require communication in Arabic and localisation review for government stakeholders
  • Genuine curiosity about how businesses actually grow beyond textbook frameworks
  • Self-starter who takes ownership, asks smart questions, and doesnt wait to be told what to do next
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, small-team environment where youll be given real responsibility from week one.

Bonus (Not Required)


  • Prior exposure to e-commerce, SaaS, marketplaces, fintech, or any digital platform business
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI) or marketing platforms
  • Experience with or interest in the Saudi/GCC market, Vision 2030 initiatives, or government-led programmes
  • Basic understanding of retail, eCommerce, payments, logistics, or supply chain operations in the region.
