About you:
We seek to
appoint?an outstanding Subject
Leader – Islamic Studies to raise the standards of teaching and achieve outstanding results in the Islamic department across the school.
The successful candidate must possess the following attributes and skills.??
- An?‘Outstanding’ teacher with?at least 4 years?of middle leadership experience working in an International school.
- The candidate should hold a degree i.e.,?B.Ed. or a B.A or equivalent in Arabic Language & Studies.
- Proficient and experienced at teaching Islamic to native & non-native students across the school
- The role will involve working closely with other middle leaders & the Head of Department to develop the department’s strategic plan and overseeing IBT assessments.
- Candidates’ qualifications will need to be attested by the UAE Embassy in the country of qualification including the attestation from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Dubai. In addition, the candidates qualifications will need to go through the equivalisation process.
- Excellent?communication skills in English with the ability to harness individual's potential and ideas bringing them together in one cohesive team.
