Roles & Responsibilities

1. Zoho CRM Management: We are setting up Zoho CRM for the first time. You will be the sole manager of this system. We require someone who can set up the architecture, automations, and workflows from scratch without external technical support.

2. Full Digital Ownership: You will be responsible for our entire digital ecosystem, including Google Ads, Meta (FB/IG), and TikTok.

3. The "Face" of the Clinic: You will be our digital ambassador. This includes appearing in videos, presenting our services, and "humanizing" the clinic for our audience.

4. Creative Execution: You will be a one-person creative team—responsible for designing all flyers and marketing collateral, as well as filming and editing all social media videos.

   
   

Working Terms & Compensation

We believe in a "performance-first" approach. We are offering a 3-month probation period to ensure a perfect fit for both sides:

• Probation Period ( 2 Months ):

  • Salary: 2500 AED per month.

  • Schedule: 6 days per week (5 days in-office, 1 day home-office—provided you have your own laptop).

• Permanent Contract (After successful Probation):

  • Salary: 2,500 – 4,000 AED per month (final amount based on your performance and lead generation results) + commission based on the clinic's general pay policy.

  • Schedule: 6 days per week (6 days in-office, 21days home-office).
